Between the highways leading to Esbjerg and Esbjerg Airport, the house of the Danish trade-union, Det Faglige Hus, will rise as a dynamic domicile. It will look like a parked jet.
Southeast of the city, where building is sparser in contact with the last foothills of the Sierra Nevada, is the neighborhood of Lancha del Genil. That is where this Polyvalent Social Center is located. It provides a shared space for the development of neighborhood life, a place for activities to meet, a hybrid between indoors and out, an ambiguous space in which lines of force cross and emptiness takes on its own value.
The hotel is located on the French Cote d’Azur, between the towns of Sanary Sur Mer and Bandol, in the bay overlooking the Marina Bandoo. Situated on the front of the coast line, the hotel is surrounded by elite private villas and cliffs covered in Pine trees. The existing building was an abandoned student resort and has not been in use for about 25 years.
Our design proposal for the project ´Cardenal Belarmino Office Building´ is based on external factors such as weather, prevailing winds, sunlight, connecting roads, flows and internal movements of people, site location and orientation, existing infrastructure, green space and public areas. At the same time, it considers internal aspects such as occupation strategy and efficiency, building systems, spatial quality related to views, floor to ceiling height, common and public spaces inside and outside the building.
The concept of the Canal House has been to build a luxury boutique hotel which offers all the service you expect from a five star plus hotel combined with the welcoming and warm feeling you get from a home. The aim was to create a true home away from home, in a house which you could use nearly as if it would be your own. Next to the individual rooms the guests have the opportunity to stay in the living room, the parlor room with a house bar, the garden and even in the kitchen according to their needs and mood.
Henning Larsen Architects has designed the biggest hotel of the border region for Sønderborg harbour front. The hotel comprises 210 rooms and a water park with a panoramic view of Alssund.
The project forms part of Frank Gehry’s masterplan which will transform the area from industrial harbour into a new city district featuring a multi-cultural centre, a performing arts centre, residences and offices.
Monterrey, the third largest city in Mexico, is best known for its beautiful mountains and strong industrial backbone. In the heart of the city is Fundidora Park, a unique specimen of industrial archaeology (it was previously a massive steelworks and foundry established in 1900). The park is home to extensive gardens, museums, convention centers, auditoriums, theme parks and cultural venues such as Conarte (Council for the Culture and Arts of Nuevo León).

The federation of municipalities of the county of Najacis rapidly expanding. Its new needs in terms of infrastructures required the expansion of its waste treatment centre.
To meet their needs, we have developed a project composed of two different parts. The first one aims at expanding and upgrading the waste treatment centre with the creation of a one-way, the installation of anti-fall devices and the materialization of the pedestrian zone.
