“La Grange”, the new residence of the “Terrasses Cap-à-l’Aigle” development, is situated in the magnificent Charlevoix region. Its architecture highlights the rugged charm of the site while framing the breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence River. Located atop a ridge and surrounded by the neighboring forest, this large house dominates the site with its two storey height.
The Birthplace of the world celebrated star of English Musical Comedy, Beatrice Lillie known as Lady Peel, is over a century old, located in downtown Toronto, is now rejuvenated and playing a new character. With respect for the actress who once lived there, the house inherits a talent: playing a new role while living in the same skin.
The apartment building, located in Barajas in the group of blocks under the management of the new extension of Barajas, was generated mainly at first to catch the light, wind and outdoor life.
Based on the urban zoning for this block, the building is conceived as a game where the apartments act as blocks on top of five floor slabs creating interspersed terraces and open spaces.
