The project is the new headquarters of Verve Communications advertising agency, one of the most important city of Fortaleza, Ceará . The new space is composed of six rooms of a commercial building in a prime area of the city with a total area of 165,00m² . The project character, suggested by the owners , should meet the commercial and standardized character of the building , breaking its formality through the choice of materials and greater integration between the spaces .

The first architectural design strategy was to integrate the six rooms, freeing up space for a more flexible ownership and according to the type of agency work. The project then is divided into four parts. The first is the reception, in the end, acting as a small dark room that makes the transition from the neutral space of the corridors of the building to the internal space. From the reception we have access to the second part of the project, a large collective work space, allowing greater interaction among employees, flexibility in use and better utilization of the wide view of one of the postcards of the city of Fortaleza, the Beach Iracema. This space is delimited only by the furniture, it being possible to spatial rearrangements over time. The raised floor keeps all accessible and changing facilities, which also occurs in the ceiling with the slab and apparent facilities also needed by the low right foot. The third part of the project, which required more privacy, is formed by fixed stations. That did not mean a loss of flexibility, since such spaces can be expanded, such as the meeting room and brainstorm room, separated by sliding partition. Finally, at the opposite end to the reception is the breakfast nook and living area, connecting the shield of your location with the opening of the free space where you are.

The materials used have sought to adapt the character of the space to another important determinant of the project: the challenge of hosting two collections of the owners, a work of art cearenses contemporary artists such as Monstra Collective and Jabson Rodrigues and another of a huge amount of action figures . The architectural response to this condition has been working with a sober palette of materials , primarily in neutral tones , allowing a greater emphasis on the collections.
