The first concept of the project was having a space for the display products from near and far, a showcase for products fine display with a suitable lighting for attract audience and on the other hand, we should pay special attention to the broad scope of the shop from far distance. Corporate color are black and white so we was used white for wall covering and black glasses for shelves to emphasize.
The 2 Bar home in Menlo Park, California represents a very cost-conscious design and implementation of green materials and technologies for a couple with two young children. The new residence replaced an awkward and inefficient structure with a smart, sustainable, open home that embraced the family’s indoor/outdoor lifestyle.
The main intention of this house renovation project was to create a central and predominant garden area (nonexistent due to the original placement of the house), and at the same time highlight and enhance the position of the house facing the hill, which was originally ignored.
The new facilities of the Nova Cumbica State School replaced existing buildings that were in bad physical conditions, undersized and that presented poor urban relations with their immediate surroundings.

Underground club atmosphere, glamor of the 30s and live music. This is Tatel, a restaurant full of rhythm, with an unique identity. Located at number 36 Paseo de la Castellana, it will become a reference in the restoration of the capital, because of its innovative staging and its menu.
We found ourselves with a dwelling in Barcelona’s Eixample District, located in one of its iconic chamfered corners, a situation that implicated certain peculiarities in terms of distribution and structure, main points in our proposal. Its beams, perpendicular to the walls that support them, become a fan as they meet the chamfered edge in order to adapt to the typical constructive solution of turn of the century buildings in the Eixample.
DROO Projects is a Paris/London based studio specializing in high end residential design. This boutique apartment building tucked in behind a narrow listed Shop House building, in Melbourne’s inner suburb of Hawthorn. The long narrow Shop house building typology allowed for the existing building to be extended to create a two compact mini towers to the rear separated by a generous courtyard internally, providing light and outdoor living spaces for the individual apartments. The building is characterized by its large glazed windows, and the strong faceted gold fins, which provide sun-shading and privacy between flats.
The house has been built on a similar foundation base. The floor plan is the same and the central staircase is located at the same part of the building. However, the solution of the inner layout of the house is different.
When an empty-nester couple made the decision to downsize, they knew they wanted it to be to a low-maintenance, age-in-place home, as well as an architectural showpiece. They had tried condo living but it lacked the familiarity of a low-rise dwelling. Their son, a builder, encouraged them to push beyond their traditional aesthetic and create a custom, contemporary home — something that he could help them build.
