Sumit Singhal loves modern architecture. He comes from a family of builders who have built more than 20 projects in the last ten years near Delhi in India. Article source: Richter Dahl Rocha & Associés architectes SA The southern part of the newly built Champs-Meunier compound holds 3 buildings. These are scattered following a terrace scheme and sit in a rural context whilst still standing on the border of the city center. The 47 flats are each composed of 3 to 5 rooms and are transversal. The flats are distributed around a central core, allowing the scheme to be simple and efficient.
