At the bottom of the building, a small commerce stands out of the complex and you just can’t lose it out of sight. It’s a space designed for an encounter lapse with the ambiance; by the morning, it´s the perfect spot for watching the neighborhood life. In the afternoon, it becomes a glass cabinet that illuminates the street and turns up in a lively mood with the clients that goes there.

“El Callejón” is a cafe bistro with only 47 meters square and 14 to 20 clients capacity.

The space is designed with materials like wood, dark blacksmith and glass. With a small scale, but with a strict distribution of all the elements like furniture, service zones and circulation, in this site every resource is used to offer a comfortable and quiet environment and everything is in complete balance.
“El Callejón” is a concept from which the next commercial stands will be conceived: a spot for starting a brand new day and beginning to cross the city and its palaces.
