I called this project 100% Residency, because all the land, even in its green area, it has a function.
This, was elaborated as a collaboration for a student of mine, of the course of Civil Engineering, in college that I taught. Therefore, I elaborated in metallic structure, for it to be already getting accustomed and having an already real project, a detail of this bevelled structure, so it already improves its knowledge. And the apparent concrete in the rest.

The windows next to the concrete and the lightness of the modern contemporary design, give flexibility in the environments, help in the climatization of the house, because the city is very hot. Simple solutions like glass a little bit blasted, already hold the sun, giving a beautiful contrast and a pleasing look.

The slope of the land, as they had some alternations, provides the advantage of the existing land itself, and the proposed step. Thus the construction is gaining the image of imposing and its size increasing with the schematic drawing.

The Brises in wood, next to the eaves in its maximum limit of 1m. They give the natural protection, the beauty and the differential for the work. Together post enters the first proposed environment for sound, games, leisure of children or young people; With the right foot double. Showing that the house still has more to show, with 3 suites at the top.
