CASA ACK in São Paulo, Brazil by Studio AG

The renovation project for this 504m² residence, located in São Paulo – Brazil, consisted of a general overhaul of spaces in order to integrate and connect living spaces. It was developed for a couple with two teenage children, who have an intense social life, and aimed to make the rooms more integrated and the house open to the garden, in order to frame the landscape and bring more life and natural light to the interior of the house.

The original plant, cut and segmented, compromised the amplitude desired by the residents. The main action of architecture was to clean up the excesses and make openings at strategic points, to make the volume more interesting. The absence of a striking architectural style gave the professionals freedom to create a new face for the property, with a contemporary air.

The Most Micro-brewery in Most, Czech Republic by ADR

The Most Micro-brewery follows on from our existing micro-brewery projects of Hostivar 1 and 2, Trautenberk and Spojovna. These were designed by the studio for a network of shareholder owners. This time, the micro-brewery is located on the outskirts of Most – a town in the Ustí nad Labem region in northwest Bohemia.

Arty – 40 social housing units in Cesson-Sévigné, France by a/LTA architectes – urbanistes

The “Les Hauts de Sévigné” development project, led by the Launay Group, is located between the Rennes-Paris railroad line, the Route de Paris and the Rigourdière business park. This sector at the entrance to the city is today mainly composed of activities. Eventually, it will be home to approximately 650 housing units and 12,000 m² of business ﬂ oor space.

Apartment V2 in Koper, Slovenia by marasovic arhitekti

The presented project is a result of a close collaboration between our studio and the clients. It was their input, the open-minded approach to new ideas and the ability to think about a nonordinary lifestyle that made this project possible.

The apartment is situated at the first floor of a historical house in the center of Koper. The house was once a home of a noble family, but after WW II was divided in smaller apartments, as many others. Apart from the location, the façade and the various details, one of the main characteristics that testifies about the noble past of the building is the “piano nobile” with its great height of 4.3 meters.
