Corte del Tiglio is the new project that strengthens the collaboration between Archventil and Rinofanto Development, and is the first real estate project to go to CrowdFundMe, also announced by Sole24Ore.
The project involved the construction of 5 residential units divided into two buildings, each with large windows overlooking a private garden.
The location is Milan, in Via Bonaventura Zumbini, a rapidly developing residential area.
In addition to the architectural aspect, Archventil also took care of the graphic design (project brochure) and the final staging to describe the spaces. In this phase, an image of living is returned that shows the flexibility of the environments on two levels and the importance of the interaction between indoor and outdoor.
Very elegant TON chairs return a feeling of hospitality and comfort thanks to the interaction with the architecture and with the other elements present in the space. SALVATORI’s marble sculptures, sometimes with pure and elegant shapes, others sophisticated and timeless, have instead contributed to evoke the image of a unique environment for the attention to its details. Finally, it is the works of the Milanese artist SOFIA CACCIAPAGLIA that bring the human figure into the lofts thanks to her canvases that depict bodies in motion and at the same time floating.
Thus the two apparently independent volumes have been transformed into two arms that welcome a courtyard with an enormous lime tree in the center.
