Article source: LEO ROMANO Casa Florenzano is located in Jardins Munich, a horizontal condominium in the city of Goiânia, in central Brazil. The tropical and hot climate was decisive in the adopted party. Ground floor, light and well ventilated, the house is discreet in its volume, defined by few lines. Establishes an intense dialogue with the garden. The living environments are joined to the balcony through large frames, which when open, result in a unique environment.
The metallic structure provided generous spans in addition to defining the architecture through its striking chocolate colored profile. Coverage is the result of a fold. In this way, the metallic tile is revealed only at the diagonal angle of the house. The subtraction of part of the roof creates a “void” in the volumetry, giving the impression that the garden is inside the house. The wooden ceiling creates striking geometric visuals, and together with the gray concrete and chocolate metal print a contemporary atmosphere for the residence. Contact LEO ROMANO
