Banja Vrućica is a destination with a long and successful tradition of medical tourism. In order to accommodate the change in the guests’ habits and requirements, there has lately been a clear tendency for the development of wellness and congress tourism, which is most evident in the health resort’s flagship, Hotel Kardial. The extension and overhaul of the bathing and wellness sections of the hotel is thus a logical next step in the complex’s gradual transformation in this direction.

Yimeng Shanxiangju resort is located in Cuijiayu, Yimeng Mountain Tourist Resort, Linyi City, Shandong Province, surrounded by typical mountainous geological feature. The site is a slope from northeast to southwest, and the current road on the north is the only way to enter. How to deal with the relationship between the building group and the natural slope under the main road becomes particularly important here.
The Architect hopes that the building volume will be perceived as small as possible to retain the physical experience brought by the initial state of the site. At the same time of conforming to the slope, the design team controls the way and rhythm of moving through the subtle treatment of different heights, aiming at eliminating the invasion of the building volumes.

To respect and address the sensitive context of the site, located at Ocean Park’s entrance, the hotel’s massing has been broken down into three L-shaped blocks which are positioned together to create a private landscaped and pool oasis at the heart of the project.
The Apart Hotel Alpin Apartments, has 24 apartments, ski storage room and a restaurant with a terrace overlooking the beautiful forest of Jahorina mountain.The apartments are arranged around central core and vary in size and composition according to geometry of an object. All apartments are equipped with kitchen, living room and dining room.
The main concept was to implement the object in context by use of natural or natural like materials, mainly stone and wood (fundermax), forming the contrast with steel and glass.
The natural colors in the private and public areas help to create a relaxing atmosphere and visually connect the interior with the exterior and the surrounding nature.
The Vera, a new, urban boutique hotel is now open in the heart of Tel Aviv, adjacent to the renowned Bauhaus Rothschild Boulevard. Lying on the enormous slope land in the midst of the mountain ranges, the De Capoc project is a resort located in the Khaokho District where is massively famous for retreating area and being one of the best places to view the sea of mist in Thailand. Being surrounded by abundant trees and mountains, the project site is extremely full of nature. Therefore, the main concept of the project is to maximize the guests’ connection with the context.
K5 Tokyo, housed in a converted 1920s bank building, sits beside the Tokyo Stock Exchange and connects the traditional Imperial Palace area with hip Eastern Tokyo.
The Japanese word ‘Aimai’ guides K5 Tokyo’s concept. It means vague, obscure or ambiguous, which in Japanese is often used in a positive, poetic sense. (The term denotes the benefits of erasing borders.) K5 Tokyo’s functions intentionally intermingle: The library is the bar, while the coffee shop doubles as a lounge, which flows into a wine bar and restaurant.
Montreal’s first “smart vertical community,” this thoroughly modern, mixed-use megaproject features a luxury hotel, condo and rental units, offices, restaurants, boutiques and large public spaces linked to a major park. In harmony with its pluralistic context, it offers varying degrees of permeability with its surroundings, creating spatial moments based on elevation and building depth.
On a pedestrian scale, Humaniti will frame a new public plaza and Place Jean-Paul-Riopelle, whose iconic art centers a new urban room. On a district scale, there is powerful dialogue with the complex’s four distinct neighborhoods: Old Montreal, Downtown, the International Quarter and Quartier des spectacles. On a metropolitan scale, upper levels define a wider urban room framed by Humaniti, Mount Royal and the St. Lawrence River.
Just outside the town of Mykonos, having the existing old residence of the famous violinist Yehudi Menuhin as a core, a small hotel with fully equipped suites was created. This core was expanded and modified with all the internal and external surrounding spaces completely reconstructed.
The plot has a large slope and oversees the beach of Magali Ammos.
The variety of alternative paths and different accesses to the rooms create different viewpoints to the sea and the land sections of the island.
Materials: Hand brushed plaster on exterior walls, cement plaster on the internal walls and bathrooms, natural stone flooring, wood in natural color pergolas, stabilized ceramic floor and natural pebbles floorings outdoors.
Particular emphasis was given to the indoor and outdoor furnishing and lighting.
The CGR project was developed in response to an assignment entrusted directly to Antonio Iascone by proprietor Gianluca Vacchi, who needed to increase the floor space and extend the range of functions offered by the Castenaso Golf Club, which is sited just beyond the outskirts of Bologna.
The brief involved the construction of five new building units, a swimming pool, and an al-fresco bar to complete the existing facilities of the original clubhouse, which was located in a converted farmhouse known as the Casalunga.
The buildings provide space for a reception centre, clubhouse, a spacious and functional changing room with golf-bag storage, a fitness centre annexed to an open-air swimming pool and solarium, and an accommodation centre with eight rooms.
