The 23th restaurant of the famous Pizza 4P’s in Vietnam is located in the prime position of Indochina Plaza Hanoi Residencesin in Xuan Thuy Street.
The restaurant’s first floor facade resembles a contemporary sculpture with the red color of Bat Trang bricks, standing out on the bustling Xuan Thuy street. The Bat Trang ceramic brick walls divide the layout into private but intimate interlocking spaces, which were inspired by the narrow alleys in downtown Hanoi. This is the place for some amazing combinations of windows and green spaces, creating diverse views to the city.

This building is one of our friend and we decide to rent this 140.00 sq.m. to create the architect office. The image of our dream office is to working in a space that relate to the nature as possible as we can.
MP VMR is an office renovation located at the ground floor of a multi-residential condominium building in the town of Mount-Royal. Originally a local SAQ store, the space offered many challenges in its footprint within the general floor plan. The numerous angles, cut-outs and central structural columns made it difficult to integrate seven private offices seamlessly. With only one glazed façade, it was important to prioritize the spaces receiving natural light.

DANZA is a restaurant that joins the ensemble following a thorough renovation of its gastronomic offering, skilfully picking up on the existing mood and taking it in an atmospheric, culinary direction.
The customer who appealed to us, at the beginning there was a desire to make a planning solution, just put the furniture. But when he showed me an object and looking at this space, my eyes tanned. I offered him to make a “cool office” there, he shrugged and said: “Come on!”. That’s how we decided to make this office.
We faced an interesting task. It was necessary to make space for the team of 8 people who are constantly in the office. Visitors rarely come to them, but if they came to them, our task was to be impressed by the status of this office and the company. We had the opportunity to make everything we want in this office. The only customer did not want to invest in the decoration of the walls of the very space, they decided to preserve the original species of walls by 80%.

Leading Manchester interiors agency SpaceInvader has transformed the look of one of the city’s landmark developments at One Piccadilly Gardens for client LGIM Real Assets (Legal & General). The well-known building, originally designed by architects Allies and Morrison and developed in 2003 by Argent, faces onto the Gardens with high-impact red-brick frontage. The building is comprised of retail on the ground floor and office space above and was sold to Europa Capital in 2011 before being purchased by Legal & General in 2014. The brief to SpaceInvader for the new interiors of the six-storey, Grade A office building was to transform its look and feel into a more inviting, dynamic space that promoted a sense of welcome, wellbeing, flexibility and collaboration, via a scheme that would match the building fabric in terms of character and presence.
This apartment is located in the city of São Paulo, Brazil, and has 280m². It was developed for a family with three children, two girls and one boy, of similar ages. The father always dreamed of having an apartment with a special view of the city, and that dream came true with this property that has a beautiful view of Praça Pôr do Sol, very famous in the city. At the same time, it presents the skyline of the Vila Madalena district, which makes the apartment very special, both during the day with the green landscape that provides tranquility and at night with the lights of the neighboring district, which is very busy, which gives the urban air.
The owners’ wishes were always well defined, from the beginning the main request was to prioritize the view. They wanted visually integrated rooms, but at the same time delimited by their use. TV, lounge, dining and terrace with gourmet, four suites, a multipurpose office in the intimate circulation area, kitchen and laundry area.
