VELA is the latest hospitality experience designed by award-winning design studio PARTISANS. As investment partners and lead designers, PARTISANS worked collaboratively with two experts in the culinary and beverage world and operating owners of VELA Robin Goodfellow, the part owner of PARTISANS-designed Bar Raval and Amanda Bradley, the co-founder and former General Manager of the highly acclaimed Alo restaurant. Located in an iconic heritage building in the heart of the city, VELA is a modern homage to the grand hotel lobby bar, presenting unparalleled service in a five-star designed space. Inspired by a constellation of stars, with the guest journey unfolding through VELA’s distinct spaces, including champagne bar, lounge, chef’s counter, and intimate booth seating, VELA will seat over 200 people, spanning 4,000 square feet with an additional 2,000 square-foot, year-round covered patio. The menu by executive chef Jeffrey Lapointe features both elegant classics and guilty-pleasures, to be paired with Goodfellow’s acclaimed whimsical cocktails.
“Terrazza Aperol” open its doors in Venice, launched by the iconic Campari Group’s Aperol brand. Measuring over 200 sqm (90 of which are outdoors), the restaurant bar is housed in the spaces of a historic Venetian palace in Campo Santo Stefano, just a short distance from the Accademia Bridge. Designed by the Italian studio Vudafieri- Saverino Partners, the interior combines Venetian values and the brand’s distinctive style, capturing all at once both Aperol’s century-long heritage and the contemporary spirit of the Aperol Spritz.
The young couple with a little girl searched the office to help renovate their new apartment. The family’s proposal was to modernize the space, the new program would not need the service room, nor one of the original 3 bedrooms, but it should include a suite, a home office space and a more social kitchen.
Therefore, the key point of the project was to transform the living room by adding a part of both, the kitchen and one of the old bedrooms, thus gaining ample and flexible space. In this environment are the functions of living, dining, cinema, office and kitchen. The division of the rooms is demarcated by the columns and concrete beams now exposed during the construction process. To house the voluminous library of the couple, both academics, two fixed structures were proposed: shelves above the office bench and niches under the concrete bench built along the main window.
Established in 2004, Crystal Martin is a subsidiary of Crystal International Group; the second largest textile corporations in Hong Kong. Crystal Martin Vietnam (CMVN) specializes in the manufacturing of famous lingerie brands such as, Victoria’s Secret, Pink, H&M, Uniqlo, Puma, Lane Bryant, Lindex, Abercrombie & Fitch, GAP, ThirdLove, Old Navy, and has officially operated its factory in the Quang Chau industrial zone, Bac Giang, Vietnam since July 2012. Due to the need to optimize operations, Crystal Martin Vietnam wanted to renovate the top floor of the factory building into a new office and entrusted this challenging interior design project to D&P.
Designing the new headquarters for ABF Developments was full of invigorating challenges. The first one was to represent a groundbreaking innovative company, focused on designing real estate properties that correspond directly to the customers’ needs and longings. Assuring that this rigorous public felt connection to the project’s language was one of the main purposes of the intriguing and appealing design and shape in the urban landscape.
The project is located at unit city in Kyiv. This is an office for UFuture with an area of 670 square meters, consisting of offices and recreational area.
There is a kitchen and lounge area for staff, which includes a TV, a board and a library. Roomdesign is made with the addition of accent colors.
Behind the reception there is a small cozy waiting area with a bookcase closet, large terrace with landscaping.
Decorative elements are made of natural materials: stone, wood, metall.
The “epidemic” has changed the life and definition of home. In addition to providing physical protection, home has also become a haven for spiritual rest. In this project, we try to use warm natural colors with a light wood grain to create a space of gentle and slow pace. Visually, we integrate the necessary storage with the wall facade. The hanging design at the bottom adds a touch of lightness to the heavy high cabinet, and each open case can also be regarded as the best toy area and storage area for preschool children.

CONISHA office of 360 m² includes a showroom of 99 m² and a meeting room, which shows its passion for aggressive marketing.

6:19 Studio is a tattoo studio located in Kyiv’s historic neighborhood of Podil. The space spans an area of 111 m2 on the ground floor of a residential building. The founder of the studio is a Ukrainian artist Ulyana Nesheva. Ulyana has dedicated her life to art, so the interior of her first studio was to become a reflection of her style and artistic vision.
