The Base Height is a 14 Storey Condominium building, consisting of 358 units, located at near Phuket town center.
The landscape main concept is multilevel landscape spaces, completely merged with the building. There area three main open spaces from ground to rooftop, starting from Lantern Courtyard on the ground floor, Mid–Level Courtyard with a courtyard pool/reflective pond, and Roof top Pool Deck & Garden. This helps to create enormous amount of open, functional landscape spaces for residences, even when the building already occupies most the the land.
Aristide Briand Primary School is located in the historical city center of Benfeld, a small city of 5.000 inhabitants in the East of France. The school takes place in a middle-aged dense urban fabric.

Although Hard Rock Hotel is a very successful brand internationally, it is still very respectful of the high level expectation that Chinese customers are used to. Therefore, they turned to CL3 to enhance their project delivery for the China market.
The entrance is a square consist of Lingnan styled pond and garden path; standing in the centre of the pond is a French style fountain.
8F Banquet Hall (Including the Lobby)
Banquet hall includes 7F, 8F and 9F, design concept of this space comes from French Louvre Museum. The banquet hall is like the ancient castle of the Sun King Louis XIV, giving out a sense of grace of the Palace of Versailles. The design tries to present the mighty and power of Bourbon Dynasty, and to represent the golden age of France. Standing on the top of the stairs of the 8F, we can have fine views of the spacious outdoor garden, where a three storey high vertical green wall adds intoxicating scenery to the garden.
As kindergartens in China adopt a three-grade system, for this new one in the city of Yangzhong, Jiangsu Province, the Shanghai-based architectural studio PERFORM proposed three interwoven hexagonal volumes, with each volume holding the classrooms of a given grade, and each has a courtyard inside.

Drawing on the beautiful gardens and annual flower shows of Chelsea, the hotel design creates an experience where botany and nature come together to provide a serene environment for hotel guests and visitors alike.
INTERCITYHOTEL was founded in 1987. The long-established German company is known for its good locations – primarily in Germany. Starting from 2017 the interior design is created in Italy by Matteo Thun and his Milanese team – with natural materials and soft colours. It generates lightness, generosity but yet privacy.

noa * (network of architecture) is rebuilding the family business Valentinerhof after the reconstruction and extension of 2011 and tries to remain faithful to the old concept of the hotel – to maintain its identity in harmony with nature. The new reconstruction is intended to reinforce the concept of integrating nature even further by taking a view of the mountain landscape from every point of the hotel.
By chance the client found Mr. Xu Xujun two years ago. After a few hours’ communication at the first meeting, the client requested that Mr. Xu provide a brief proposal first. At that night, Mr. Xu drew a rough draft by hand: elements of Oriental Zen were added to the overlapping connected buildings , and Tibetan style of ancient city Shangri-La was taken as a smooth transition, thus a simple hostel which presents the beauty of nature was gradually shown. The client thought highly of the draft, thus a story about the original design of KARESANSUI was unfolded.
Foster + Partners has completed 3Beirut – the first of the practice’s projects in Lebanon. Responding directly to the site and culture of Beirut, the scheme creates a sustainable residential and retail development in the heart of the city. The development also strengthens Beirut’s role as a centre for tourism, commerce, retail and entertainment while providing new green spaces at ground level for the city to enjoy.
