Set in the majestic Chugach Mountains, Alyeska Resort is being transformed into a modern, four-season, global destination. The addition of new and renovated facilities at the mountain village will breathe new life into the resort, which is widely regarded as Alaska’s base camp for adventure. Expanded and enhanced visitor experiences, new accommodations and amenities, workforce housing, and the inclusion of the Glacier Creek area—all conceived in sympathy with nature—will elevate and redefine the resort for the next generation.

After two decades of infrastructural and urban development, China is now also expanding rapidly in the tourism sector. To promote faster growth, the Chinese government declared several “tourism formation zones”. One of these is the area around the spectacular Changbai volcano in the province Jilin, adjoining the border to North Korea. The region is dominated by vast forests that extend as far as Siberia. The permafrost between November and April makes the area a potential tourist mecca for winter sports.
One of the most beautiful places in Moscow. It is a high right bank of the Moscow River. Located opposite the Luzhniki Stadium, considered one of the “Seven Hills of Moscow.” Neskuchny garden is adjacent to the site from the east. It is 80 meters high from the Moscow river.
Our ski jump on Bergisel mountains contains ski ramp and sports facilities, public spaces, including a tower-top café and viewing terrace. Rising to a height of almost 50m the structure’s distinctive form (part tower/part bridge) and silhouette extends the topography of the ski slopes below into the alpine sky above.
In December 1999 we won an international competition to design a new ski jump on the Bergisel Mountain in Innsbruck.
