An all glass and mirror inner cladding exposes the infrastructure of SOHO’s new office building in Shanghai. The glass creates manifold reflections of the sales models and meeting rooms, while leaving the original height and structure in view. This creates a ‘double reality’ that merges with the stunning views of downtown Shanghai.

OPEN SPACE AT THE CAMPUS WU

The Campus is a sequence of intertwining open spaces. Buildings on the different zones qualify these spaces from an architectural point of view. The Master Plan model determined the design of these open areas; a fabric of interior and exterior spaces, defined by the location of the buildings’ entrances in relation to the plazas, brings life to the intended environment.

Article source: Agraz Arquitectos

This project, named [ N ] House, was designed to enhance a particular local tradition that is about building the living spaces of a house around a patio, this as a consequence of the client’s request: a couple with two young daughters.

The [ N ] House is based on three levels: garage area is located in the basement together with service areas and a game room. The stairway, attached to the central wall, creates a spatial connection between all these different levels of the house, also acting as the meeting point for dwellers right in the moment when they exit the private rooms.
