The project constitutes an extension to the company MultPortas e Acabamentos, in the civil construction sector. Located in the city of the center-west of the state of São Paulo, in the city of Bauru. Company already traditional in its field of activity, and local tradition.
They needed the local expansion, for expansion of products for sale of finishes and aggregates.
Startup InCUBAtors, a project for the inclusion and promotion to new identitarian ideas of the Cuban culture.
The project is located on the Haiphong esplanade, in the bay of Habana, Cuba. The port and industrial identity of the bay will undergo a reconversion, since the port will be transferred to the city of Mariel, which offers the opportunity to rethink itself as a significant cultural enclave, from the anthropic and the symbolic.
Emigration House, a project by Steven Christensen Architecture of Santa Monica, California, has received a Special Mention distinction at the Architizer A+ Awards. The Architizer A+Awards received entries from over 100 countries, and its winners represent the best of architecture and design worldwide. The jury included such industry luminaries as Denise Scott Brown, Bjarke Ingels and Tom Kundig, as well as personalities from outside of architecture such as Tony Hsieh (CEO, Zappos), Yves Behar (Fuseproject), John Edelman (CEO, Design Within Reach), Cameron Sinclair (Architecture for Humanity) and Barry Bergdoll (MoMA). Special Mention awards were given to the top 15 percent of entries in each category, and other firms to receive the distinction include Morphosis, Neri&Hu, and OMA.
“The ceiling used to be decorative, a symbolic plane, a place invested with intense iconography. (…) Now, it has become an entire factory of equipment that enables us to exist, a space so deep that it begins to compete with the architecture. This restaurant is located on the rooftop of one of the newest unit of an international chain hotel located in the centre of Brasília. This is a type of space that is often impersonal, where standardized characteristics are kept throughout its units all over the world. In this project, we were interested in exploring the tension between characteristics that could be understood both as undefined and specific in a hotel building. Therefore, the project aimed to stress the differences between its two main surfaces: the floor and the ceiling. The floor is neutral and impersonal. The ceiling has a specific design with a clear iconographic reference.
An iconic urban landmark, but also a sustainable structure for an evolving shopping experience: the new CENTRO*Arezzo Coop.fi frees itself from the conceptual dictates of the traditional shopping mall and acts as a social and recreation pole that is perfectly integrated with the city. Opened in 1988, the complex has undergone a significant aesthetic and functional redevelopment that has completely changed its identity and its relationship with the surrounding environment.
The client of this project is an advertising agency, who providing full industry chain service in West China. In the earliest beginning, when the client invite us and introduce themselves, we were attracted by their unique “big platform + branch company” structure. Starting from this very point as concept, we developed the whole space design.
The New Contemporary Art Wing Expansion to the Lima Art Museum located in the 19th century Exposition Palace, creates a strong architectural dialogue between the historical structure and the new expansion; they connect without touching. The project requirement to create a below grade expansion to the current museum without touching the historical structure below or above grade, resulted in a careful exploration of how to spatially connect these two buildings that cannot physically connect.

Countryside Villa is a project by Officina29 Architetti and includes the renovation of an existing house and the construction of a guest house with a swimming pool.
The renovation project stems from two specific intentions: to restore the right proportions between living and sleeping areas and open the building to the countryside, thereby generating a direct relationship between internal and external environment.

Located on a plot of 7000m2 the total area of the house is 1000m2.
The house was designed to give a sense of contact with the the water element inspired by the owners love for yachts. The contact of the house and the artificial ponds that surround it, create a cooling sensation.
