The clubhouse is located at Estancia La Paz, an icon Argentina’s historic 19th century architecture, and one of the country’s main political and social scenarios. Its owner was then President Julio Argentino Roca.
Once on the site, at the end of the golf course’s 18th hole, what most struck us were the piles of cracked and neatly arranged logs. We discovered that these had been silent witnesses of the Estancia’s history, planted more than 100 years ago.
Ostende PH –which stands for Spanish ‘Propiedad Horizontal’- is located in Victor Hugo Avenue, the only street which bears the features of an avenue in Ostende.
Placed in the central area of Pinamar County, this multifamily building pretends to become a point of development as it stands in the most populous part of the city. This sector contrasts with other highly consolidated and high quality urban areas –mostly chosen by tourists in high season- which offer well-equipped infrastructure, services and good access to urban facilities.
Ostende mostly attracts tourist investment projects; however, the program proposed permanent residences and retail stores.
The Project for the Defensoría Zonal N°2 of the city of Santa Fe, is a work of great importance for the Poder Judicial since it will achieve a notable improvement in the justice service that is now provided in that area of the city.
It is noteworthy that the building had to be inserted in a triangular terrain with particular measurements, that gave the indications that generated the final morphology of the work.

The design synthesis for the residential building JA1205 arises from the conformation of two building volumes of four levels each, implanted in front and back of the terrain: a triple front lot, in the neighborhood of Palermo, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The volumes are organized in order to contain a total of thirty-eight units -one, two, three and four romos each-, distributed between the first and fourth floors. The combination of different types of housing starts from the search for the individuality of each dwelling within the group, the idea of owning a home in a collective context. Another project decision is to free the ground floor of the building from homes, which allowed to house two commercial premises responding to the characteristics of the neighborhood, the pedestrian and vehicular accesses and sectors of common use such as swimming pool, gym, sauna and toilets. The project consolidates the available front, is incorporated into the commercial dynamics and the vitality of the neighborhood on its ground floor and gain scale from the empty and double height of the access. Behind this first block, the collective central patio appears, with the common pool and gym areas that precede the second body.

Cariló is an Argentine town in Pinamar, a district in Buenos Aires Province. It withholds a natural pine forest reserve, dunes and extensive beaches which led Cariló become one of the most important touristic centers and an ideal place to live, 360km away from the City of Buenos Aires.
The house is named after the town it is built in. It is placed on a corner lot one block away from the sea. Its proximity to the beach makes a less leafy and more arid scenery, which encouraged us to intervene the landscape. A steep slope descends from the back of the terrain, just like a dune does towards the sea.
The commission consisted on a vacation home including a master suite connected with a social area, an independent guest area, an outdoor lounge, a barbeque area, a swimming pool, and a solarium. The clients emphasized the importance of landscape views and the protection from the cold South-East winds from the sea.
It arises from the idea of creating an architectural object of sculptural character, defying gravity, suspended in the air.
It is materialized with a large “block” of exposed concrete, with a surprising presence for the human eye.
Detached house, implanted in a corner, located in a suburban neighborhood of the city of La Plata.
It is a house of permanent use for 2 (two) people, with children who visit for what is required two bedrooms, and friends who frequent, for this the house requires a more ¨ sporadic ¨ a S.U.M.
The project is for a small publishing house, specialized in kids´ books with a scientific interest.
The project’s functional needs are simple, and the space requirements limited: a reception room, offices, a small reading area, a small kitchen, a meeting room, a depot and an accessible terrace make up the project’s program.
The building is located in a double urban lot limited by side party walls, in a low density neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
It is composed of two volumes separated by a yard. The volumen in the front containing one bedroom units, and the other , in the back and quieter, with four houses, two of them on the ground and first floor with private gardens, and the others on the second, and third floor with their own terraces.
The volumes are articulated and connected through an open circulatory sistem located in the yard, and a small bridge connecting with the back volumen.
The concrete structure is shown in the facades and also in this circulatory sistem , entirely made of exposed concrete.
Located in a neighborhood on the outskirts of the city of La Plata, this detached house is built on a corner lot of 20 meters x 60 meters at the intersection of 23rd and 510th streets.
The Urban Ordinance Code requires, for this zone, withdrawals both from the dividing lines and from the municipal lines of both streets.
The needs program aimed at a 4-bedroom house developed on 2 floors, with special emphasis on the flexibility of using the public spaces covered (living room – kitchen) and open spaces (central patio and gallery) and its relationship with outdoor spaces.
Located in a low density neighborhood in the south of the city of La Plata, this building is built on the enclosure of 3 plots of 10 meters. x 60 meters, resulting in a lot of generous dimensions (30 meters x 60 meters).
The Urban Planning Code allows, for this area, a maximum building height of 4 levels (12 meters) and a large amount of m2 to build (FOT), but it is very strict in terms of the volumetric limitations of the building.
