The simple Hong Kong brick-and-mortar shop which opened in 2013, has been described by DestinAsian magazine as a “1950s American diner”, where the “pink-neon logo” and the “retro-tiled floor” suggests a Hong Kong style cafe where “Wong Kar-Wai meets Grease.” It is from this basis that designer, James JJ Acuna of JJA / Bespoke Architecture formulated the basis of their second global location, at the 72 Courtyard complex in Bangkok.
The U38 house is located on soi Udomsuk 38 Bangkok, Thailand. The 400 sq. m. house was designed for a couple and a child in the site next to the husband existing family house surrounded by typical suburban houses.

“Wind House” was created as “Resort Space” which was the owner’s preference style regarding the site conditions. As it was located on the edge of the housing estate project’s boundary, it gained the view of big natural green area beside and certainly, the atmosphere of tranquility.

K22 is a house of 3 siblings, each of them begins to be grown-up subsequently but they all have the same intention to live together with their parents and taking care of each other like they did previously. The house is located in the inner zone of Bangkok “Huay Kwang”, they all decided to live together in the familiar district better than settling down separately which would result in more costs for land and construction. The main concept of the house is to design sharing spaces for all family members while providing privacy for each one of them. It could be compared as a family’s apartment where each of them has their own living unit, and the common space that perfectly fits the needs and activities of people from two different generations. Consequently, the house promotes all members to spend their time and share their moments together as one big family.
Located near seaside context and rich natural ecologies of the mangrove beach of Bangkok’s outskirt – Bang Khun Thain, Habitia-H Club facilitates a recreational function as a clubhouse and a gateway entrance for a housing estate “Sansiri”. Habitia-H Club is a onestorey building situated in a 1,750-square meter site area with a 302-square meter floor area.

Bangkokians are now yearning for new possibilities of outdoor living space that can effectively answer to the tropical heat and its dense living condition where there is not much space for the outdoor. ‘The Commons’, a small retail development in the city center, is an attempt to create a new active outdoor space where people can comfortably enjoy it at anytime of the year.
Villa zone is located at a center of Food Villa Market Ratchapruek, Bangkok. This 2-story steel structure is set to be a transition point between parking and market. The elevation is developed from farmer houses and agricultural character in Thailand, focusing on the harmony of neighborhood building.
