The commission consists on the design of the new headquarters of a technological company: an open-plan office for 50 people, with three meeting rooms, lecture area, two little cubicle for individual use, and numerous spaces for workers to interact. In definitive, an innovative environment that empowers creativity and communication.

Making the most of the original characteristics of the premises, the final target of the project is to achieve a totally continuous space, both at visual and accessible levels.

De Jove Crematorium in Gijón, Spain by Ae Arquitectos

The project is located in the city of Gijón, just in front of the industrial harbour, enjoying great views on this and the city. The plot is in clinated towards the port, and is separated from the access road by a jump of about 4 meters high, which is perforated to cause the main entrance.

Bank Office in Gijón, Spain by RUBIO·BILBAO ARQUITECTOS

The design of this bank office located in the center of Gijon is the work of architects Izaskun Bilbao del Olmo and Miguel Alvarez Rubio (Rubio Bilbao Architects). The project was chosen as winner of the competition organized by the entity to which more than 70 proposals were submitted to lead the design of the new offices of Arquia Banking.
