With landscaping as an elemental force in driving the design – Rangoli Greens, Jaipur adds the much-needed 5.5 acres of green space required in the Pink City of Jaipur. Sited away from the pink city with a total of 10,96,483 sq. ft. built-up area, this high-end residential development is situated on the outskirts of Jaipur. A housing establishment that is meticulously thought and designed for the residents, Rangoli Greens brings a wave of new-age apartments bridging the gap between nature and users. All the units of the establishment are planned to be open from three sides. Hence, the fresh air from the windows and the balcony add a soothing element to all abodes and a tinge of a healthy lifestyle.
“Mangalam” 9,900 sq.ft residential house has been designed by analyzing, exploring and thinking about a lifestyle. The landscaped garden creates a permeable transition to the outdoors and lush tree-scape again adding a good freshness to a house.
The main entry itself is struck by the vastness of the foyer and parking level which leads towards the staircase that it formally connects to the living area and a beautiful pause of porch and inside foyer.
Nestled in the back drop of a metropolis, this residence promises an escape from the city life. The plot for this house sits in a densely populated locality. The major concern was finding an intimate space in the crowd and arriving at a visually engaging structure amidst the chaotic background. The client’s brief called for a simple and a spacious Vaastu compliant house for a family of five.

Located in the old business district of Chennai in South India, the plot had multiple challenges to be overcome.
With a very narrow access from an arterial city road and no road frontage this plot of 4098 sqm is sandwiched between existing buildings on all sides. A total area of 8000 sqm was to be built based upon the client’s requirements and the permissible construction area , along with a height restriction of 27M.
The house as we call “FARM HOUSE” is not really a Farm house in its literal sense. It’s a house for a retired couple who spent most part of their working days in the heart of Bangalore city. They wanted move out of the hustle and bustle into a quieter locality. This plot was in a gated community near Electronic-city which is the hub of all major IT giants. The minimum plot size was 10,000 sq.ft, with a lot of coffee plantation and eucalyptus trees around. The greenery, serenity of this gated community and the quietness made us name this house as the “Farm House”.
The site is located at Nilambur in Malappuram district and designed for Anasbabu and family, along with his wife and children, Grand parents and brother and family resides here. Residence has a total area of 2500 square feet and the total extent of the site is 15 cents.
Inured from the chaos that flanks it, the B-Two residence manages to capture tranquillity and languidness, despite being situated in a busy downtown frame. The house is designed on a plot measuring 45’x90’ with a dense residential fabric that is hardly immune to the urban vagaries of Bangalore.
The antipodal requirements of privacy and togetherness drove the concept and development of this villa, which was to be the home of an extended family spanning three generations. With three couples and two children forming the members of the closely-knit unit, the design had to make room for seclusion and solitude, and shared areas that would allow congregations of different sizes.
In olden times, students were taught in open environments under the trees. We have been inspired by this concept as it helps children connect with nature. It is a wonderful way to learn various life skills, and presents an opportunity for kids to run, jump, slide, make a mess and explore themselves in an informal way.
Located in the seventh largest metropolis in India, Falling Lotus Blossoms: EON IT Park is an elegantly arranged quartet of buildings, totaling 4,000,000 square feet, that occupy a site located in the EON Free Zone, a Special Economic Zone established by the government to encourage development. This 21st‐century workplace, which sets a grand scale in counterpoint to the rugged Indian countryside, overlooks a river and the fields beyond on a flat site that was previously almost entirely untouched.
