The intriguing point of this project was the puzzling subject of it. The project is a jewelry showroom for a client who needed a space with unique quality. The space would offer a magnificent design for the special customers of showroom. In the meantime, capable of showcasing jewelry parts for different customers at the same time privately.
The puzzle that we had to solve was a new definition of jewelry retail office/showroom in a small space.
The project is a 70 m2 apartment unit located at Tehran’s grand bazar.
Meygoon is well-situated in a delightful climatic area in the north side of Tehran, while residence in Tehran as one of most polluted metropolitan in Asia suffered a lot from its high rate of pollution and stress. For people in Tehran seeking temporary stopover in suburbs of city is so desired and somehow common, as for the designer it comes to mind how to create and space which help to its residents to collect their energy and peace of mind to get back to their activities in the city. The biggest obstacle in front was the client request about using a lot of projects as much as it is possible and using going in levels to ultimate height limitation.
A residential apartment on the southern coast of the Caspian Sea inspired by local traditional houses
This project is going to be built on the location of an old villa. The idea of the project is to preserve the memory of the traditional houses of North of Iran. The project site is a small rectangular plot measured 500 m2. located on the southern coastline of Caspian Sea. There is a narrow green strip of land (long 800 km and large 15 to 65 km), confined by the sea to the North and the green mountains to the South. Iranians call it Shomal (the north) in short. Shomal is just a green spot in the hot and arid Iranian plateau. Many people from the capital and the major cities of Iran have a summer residence in this area. While in Shomal, houses are normally arranged in rows, in this project the residential units are arranged in column. Here major elevation improves the view over the sea and the shilling fields. Each duplex apartment is formally conceived such as an autonomous villa with slopping roof. The building has 12 floors on the ground and it consists of 10 duplexes and 10 flats in different types.
Esi burger is a cozy intimate restaurant located on Sohrevardi Street in Tehran, very close to people’s gathering space in Palizi square.
Before Admun Studio was commissioned to design this project the place had been used as a branch of quite a well-known chain restaurant and in spite of being in a crowded neighborhood it could not attract enough customers and this made us wonder what was going on in nearby juice shops and small restaurants surrounding Palizi square that attracted people from different parts of Tehran while these places did not provide considerable amenities (not even sitting spaces) and yet their customers looked satisfied and content. Seemed like lack of amenities did not matter to their customers so there should exist something more important on this square and it was very interesting for the design team. Probably people can satisfy one of their other needs on this square, need for freedom, choice, and social relationships. They like to be free of musts and must nots and share the joy and excitement of a social activity with other human beings.
At the end of the 1990’s, the face of Tehran and the lifestyle of middle-class changed with the establishment of shopping centers and malls. The new shopping centers had advantages such as the creating interactions between people and the city, but they led to local dilemmas with the increase of traffic and urban problems.
The big challenge of Sam Pasdaran design was to construct a commercial project on a narrow street. In this project, in addition to encouraging the citizens to interact with the city as well as observing the client’s demands such as maximizing commercial area, the problems including traffic, overcrowding, and the degradation in quality of life should be prevented.
Apartment no.135 is a five-story residential building located in Saadat Abad, northwest of Tehran. Each floor contains a single three-bedroom unit. The ground floor houses the main entrance, lobby and a multi-purpose room. Other amenities such as pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and parking are located in the basement.
This integrated retail and accommodation center-cum-fuel station is located alongside a road connecting ghazvin to rasht at the heart of an arid and hot region of the iranian plateau. habibeh madjdabadi’s ‘lunar complex’ occupies an area of 45000 m2 and the footprint of the building occupies just 7500 m2. the complex includes a petrol station, accommodation, restaurant, car park, and retail shops for the local handicrafts and food products. the project in loshan valley is conceived as a land-art, panoramic terrace and bazaar.

In July 2018, The Atomic Energy Organization of Iran invited five well-known Iranian architects to compete to design a monumental entrance gate for their building in Tehran.
The structure of the entrance was to not only act as a landmark, but to provide vehicular security. This entrance was to be built in a manner that manoeuvres vehicles and pedestrians through blind spots. The organization is located in the western region of Tehran within an area of 400,000 square meters.
Habibeh Madjdabadi’s proposal offers a huge anthropomorphic sculptural volume with its head sitting centrally over the entrance plaza and the body set back inside. The design transforms a high cone shape, as the monument, into the rectangular shape of the functional part.
The main idea in this project has been based on simplicity, standardization and readability of living space to increase users comfort. For designing this three-floor residential unit; despite the possibility of designing six residential units; the decision of designing three units (each floor one unit) was taken to improve the quality of living space and also create better usability and make spatial relationships more fluid and easier.
A concept is derived based on mass composition resulting from geometrical shapes in that. It deals with the effective element on a low density and a bit poor neighbourhood with no specific architectural characteristic. Furthermore, the rustic background of the site has been specified by the instantly recognizable hipped Roof in contrast to almost all of the other near buildings which they have stuck in their densely blocks. so we made a spatial crack between separable spaces, that is a concept of the vertical access that shifted from rest of the home and embedded some green space in between.
