The Olimpia Theatre occupies the site of the former Olimpia Hall, a triangular shaped block in the city centre. This block -of great urban presence- presides the Lavapiés square: a priority area within the Municipal Renovation Plan for the Madrid Central District with a dense urban fabric.
The house is located on a sloping plot with a landscape of distant horizon none other than Madrid’s western mountain range viewed from Camarines. At ground level it doesn’t appear to be anything special, but as we go up we feast our eyes on a panoramic view of the urban landscape of the east of Madrid. From the four towers to the left to the Madrid tower to the right. Beautiful, and curious also. Logically the more public parts of the house will be at the upper levels to frame and enjoy the stunning views.
The relationship between parents and children is in flux for the coming years: from total dependency to independency. Then, how do you organize a house and its different rooms if the relationships between family members are constantly shifting?According, the house organizes itself ambiguously between one family nucleus and two independent areas expressed to the exterior by a diagonal cut that divides the cubical mass into two sub-masses.
The key element around which this project is developed is a century-old holm oak which existed on the site. The home’s necessary spaces are arranged around the tree and a courtyard, where the floor plan’s axes convergeforming a Latin cross. The public rooms are arranged in such a way thatone perceives the holm oak’s presence from any point.
The house is arranged around an entrance and circulation core from which the different trajectories extend to the various rooms, both on first and second floors.

PLOT AND LOCATION.
The building it is located in the M-28-2 and M-28-3 adjoining plots, the partial plan Soto del Henares Torrejon de Ardoz, Madrid. It is a residential land development, promoted by ARPEGIO, about 4.0000 homes, including public and free. The area to be developed is located northeast of Torrejon, on the municipal boundary with Alcala de Henares, on a slight slope toward the river Henares. The plots on which the building is located are located on a main road of urbanization, which crosses transversely from north to south.

The restaurant Orgaz is located in Los Andes Avenue, in the known northeast limit of Madrid, CondeOrgaz Park. Customers raise us the idea of a sober restaurant but achieving a charming place for all audience.
The project Gust Restaurant located in Genoa 5 , born from the idea of creating a site with an area dedicated to self and other drinking .With this premise and with local morphology which has a large corridor that divides the space into two , a concept with three large spaces arises.
