B House in London by Studio Octopi

Studio Octopi designed this beautiful house in London. Located on the site of a former stately home, the historic and existing boundary walls still dictate the layout of the houses in this area of London. Working with the multiple boundary changes, the proposed house sets up a dialogue between the various levels and volumes throughout the 5000sqft of accommodation.

Designed over three levels, the basement featured a gym, pool and guest accommodation overlooking a large sunken courtyard. The ground floor provided principle living areas, with the master and children’s bedrooms on the upper floor.
