The sense of literature of Xiamen is more profound than the freshness of walking by the sea, it is rooted in the undulating waves . The light of the interior space is soft, and the deep sense of modern has kept the low-key luxury temperament of old Shanghai, thus the room presents a narrative tone.
Izmir Chamber of Geological Engineers has been designed on an attached parcel with 6.65 – meter facede, which is located on a slightly narrow street.
5-story building had been designed to have united composition, containing a library, cafeteria, meeting room and workspaces, at first drafts due to adminstration’s demands. However , admistration had changed their opinion because of managing concerns. A buidling with cafeteria at ground floor, 4 independent office floor connected by a circulation core was planned for final design.
Leading law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth’s new Melbourne office is located over five floors from levels 22-26 in the innovative and unique centerpiece building at 567 Collins Street. Corrs’ Reception is situated on the 25th floor, with spectacular views over Melbourne’s skyline from the floor to ceiling glazing. The feature staircase rises through the central void, linking reception with classic but contemporary mixed-use casual dining areas.
ICE Kraków Congress Centre is a modern, world-class venue dedicated to culture – music, opera, ballet, theatre – and congresses. Designed at the highest standards of acoustics and mechanics. Besides the three main halls with 1915, 600, and 300 seats, the shell holds a multifunctional conference space of 550m2. ICE Kraków stands in the most prestigious location in Poland: opposite Wawel Castle, a location that influenced main design decisions. Hiding a multi-story foyer open to a panorama of Kraków, the Vistula embankment façade is spectacularly transparent. The outer shell combines glass, ceramics, and aluminium, with colours ceramic tiles reflecting those of the interior: red of the Auditorium Hall, graphite of Theatre Hall, white of the foyer, and the silvery aluminum used for the roof.
This is a factory renovation project. Rebuilt into an office in its latest renovation, the old factory experienced several times of renovation after its construction in 1970s. Unlike other factories with large space, the factory doesn’t have a big space span while the height is normal showing no special features. However, a 100 square meters backyard is quite impressive. Based on the owner’s requirement, designers need to reconstruct it into a Zen Chamber.
The Bouctot-Vagniez Town Hall in Amiens is a remarkable building, an architectural testament to the glories of nineteen-twenties Art Nouveau. Our project is concerned with designing an extension to this unique building, which is home to the Picardy Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
