Building an elementary school and restructuring a kindergarden not far from the Arc de Triomphe. Offices done in antique style. Environmentally conscious development.
A homogenous treatment of the facades was chosen in order to make the building blend in effortlessly with the neighboring buildings. This suggestion of coherence is reverberated within the building: the many variety of programs, although spread over five stories, have commonalities. The overall image is clear, legible, identifiable. Reprising the near totality of the founding design principles of adjacent parcels ensured a harmonious intergration with the enviornment.
