The project client is Bond Hospitality Development & site works & excavation has already commenced.
The project is for a new 28 room exclusive boutique hotel. It is designed to be very private with luxury amenities including fire pits & infinity edge plunge pools to every guest room.

A roof top ‘beach’ is designed with a swim up bar as the centerpiece for relaxation in the sun.The project is design using AutoCAD & 3D StudioMax.
