 Mixed-use Tower in Rotterdam’s Harbor This tower will be a link between the two parts of the city. An industrial structure welcoming activities from the city. This will be a sign in the landscape :here begins the harbour. From the tower both sides f Rotterdam will be visible. The tower will be a start for people to take Boats and visit the canals. It will be like a gate from earth to see.  Mixed-use Tower in Rotterdam’s Harbor The tower itself is composed of main floors wich are very hight and visible from the outside. They are like public spaces with outside gardens floating in the air this very larges spaces can welcome important public programs like exhibition center, sport club, commercial gallery…  Elevation Between this main floors, other are smaller and open to the views outside and in the atrium. Int this spaces, a lot of programs can take place like offices, housings, restaurants… The tower is constructed on the border of the ground and the water. It use this exemptional position with a heat pump using the constant temperature of the water. The water which falls on the tower is used to
