Article source: Garmoz The inspiration was to design a simple and efficient multi-residence dwelling. I ended up with a slightly strange fourplex, a waterborne craft and an experimental commercial unit with a revolving base perched on a network of piers with salt to fresh water conversion and hydroponic testing bays.
Submitting this as a conceptual project leaves certain possibilities open such as using custom materials and designs not necessarily proven. The design(s) remain theoretically possible.
The renders submitted show the same basic design in 3 different types of locations. No floor plans are given because this design could be used for commercial or residential. Contact Garmoz
