Article source: Studio Elmo Vermijs The foldingsauna combines a trailer wagon, tent trailer and sauna. It serves as a mobile sauna and can be placed on every desired location; a (public) park, square, (private) garden, the street etc. When the foldingsauna is set up, a maximum of six persons at the time can enjoy a sauna-session.
The sauna consists of a base and two arcs which reminds you of a tent trailer. The inside and insulation is made of felt, the outside layer makes sure it waterproof and is made out of canvas or gore-tex textile. The combination of a trailer and textile give the sauna a light, flexible and visual character. Another advantage is the easy transportation when the sauna is collapsed. Besides the sauna itself, a bench to relax, a shower or bucket of water and changing room are included and part of the foldingsauna. Further options are towels, bathrobe and flip-flops.
