The original concept of the drophouse was born the following constraint: Combining constraints of a minimum spatial quality surfaces, creating a comfortable living space with high character identity.

The various functions of the program are well grouped in small units expansent the master volume. And the kitchen, the bathroom, the entrance hall and both chambers are positioned in the central area of the satellite. These extensions are implemented in the assembly, as shown on the drawings of the original concept home is also close. By closing drawers as these volumes are then sized to be accommodated in the central space. (Trucking, all closed, is contained within the maximum road width) For the case of the prototype presented in photos, this system has not been realized, for reasons of cost, which in return has to draw larger volumes.
