The float was constructed in Vancouver, BC, and all structural connections had to be located beforehand. The float was moved down to the ship repair yards adjacent Gasworks Park and the home construction was done there. Upon completion, the home was towed across Lake Union by tug and set into its permanent location.
Due to the separation of pedestrian and vehicular traffic, bridges are particularly significant landscapes in public space in Evry. One key requirement quickly emerged: the need to prevent objects being thrown onto vehicles beneath the footbridge. At the same time as offering better user safety, we also wanted the bridge to be transparent and fun. We combined these architectural intentions and technical considerations to create a steel structure forming a volume which encompasses pedestrians.
Architecture for residential additions is often characterized by two distinct approaches: imitate the style of the home so the addition is indistinguishable or create something clearly new and different. Neither mimicry nor novelty would suffice for the expansion of the Brahler Residence; the unique qualities of the site and a desire to integrate with the existing architecture called for a hybrid strategy.
A new landmark for the citizens of Durango and a new symbol of Eusko Tren’s identity and expansion across Europe. Our concept conjoins buildings emerging from the site and creates a connective urban tissue of tracks, pathways and parking to provide direct access to the station and commercial space.

The proposal for Navitas Park, which will house the Aarhus School of Engineering, the Aarhus School of Marine and Technical Engineering and a new science park focusing on energy and sustainability, takes its cue from its prominent situation on the waterfront in Aarhus.
The idea of the project is to link the landscape to the new building and the exbuilding to the entire scenario of Jøssingfjorden; it’s valleys and context, both visual, historical and technological. The architecture of the proposal will express the power and intentions that people have had for generations. It will make use of the most developed technologies and formal principles as they did according to their time. The proposal connects the two mountains (2 dominant resources) of the valleys and will give the museum and the geopark a new stronger character with a program that fulfills the requirements of function, management and maintenance. It is changing technologically and economically feasible. The proposal meets the requirements and the terms as described in the competition documentation according to program, space /areas and possesses a certain capacity of exception.
A wall with 3 curved surfaces was designed to softly wrap around itself at the center of the space on the ground and 1st floor of the existing building, built during the 18th century. Inside the building, customers can see the superposition of cheese selling spaces and degustation spaces through the holes in the walls, like trough a piece(space) of cheese cellar.
Since the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989 the drive to rebuild and redefine the city has sparked ambitious development projects. This dynamism and Germany’s central location in Europe makes Berlin a thriving centre for business and a vibrant destination for tourists.
This project is the conversion of a late 19th century former grocery warehouse into a 2 level, one bedroom residence. In the mid 20th century it had 35 years of use as an engineering workshop before being converted to an artist’s studio and residence in the 1970s.
Sprikk designed a new working environment for consulting agency YNNO. YNNO advises on innovative methods of working and the environments that support these. Their expertise follows the conceptions of the “new ways of working”. As their best reference sprikk planned the office that embodies these notions. Since their consultants spend more time at their client’s than in the office, YNNO asked for a workplace that functions as a home base rather than a conventional office.
