“Architecture and landscape joined together in the shade of a great pre-existing tree”.
The building is located on the outskirts of Loja town in marked agricultural character. This project relates to a beautiful plot of cultivated land served by an irrigation ditch and a leafy mass. This building is thought to be very suitable for a new program based on consciousness, protection and publicity of the agricultural beliefs in Loja.

The SnackBox has found home in the heart of Times Square. Ædifica and MuvBox have been recently awarded 2 prizes at the Retail Design Institute’s International Store Design Competition 2011: the first in the Pop Up Store/Shop category, and the other in the Special Awards category. The 20-feet long container was selected among about 80 proposals by local restaurant owners and had to comply with New York City’s security departments in this high traffic area.
The Mayor of Montréal, Gérald Tremblay, today unveiled the winning project in the architecture competition for the new indoor soccer centre at the Saint-Michel Environmental Complex (SMEC). The jury has chosen the concept developed by Saucier + Perrotte / Hughes Condon Marler Architects from among the four submitted by the finalist firms.
When the client met with DAPstockholm they wished for a solid, secluded house with a maintenance‐free facade, a sense of ceiling height and a master bedroom with the benefit of morning sun. They also wished for a solution where they could open up larger windows toward the scenery and have a sheltered space where they could sit and listen to the pouring rain. This resulted in a multi‐faceted house where the shape and direction of the different volumes are based on various factors such as the terrain, the light conditions, the views and the privacy. The volumes give the house seven different facades.
Number of rooms: Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, one toilet, common area, kitchen, living room, cinema, spa, guest room, wine cellar, storage and a tech room divided onto three floors.
The site is located in Maintenon 65km southwest of Paris, France. The Residential suburb of Paris inhabited a family of three married couples and children.
Spontaneous grounds surrounded by vast grasslands are and forests open as a place of rest for the weekend of Parisien, give healing to life in the city while enjoying the open-air bath in nature.

The Wyckoff Exchange commission required the economical and adaptive re-use of two abandoned warehouses to create 10,000 square feet of raw space for retail and cultural uses in the emerging but underserved neighborhood of Bushwick, Brooklyn. This place is marked by the strong traces of a gritty industrial past, and is rapidly transforming into a center of art and creativity.
An influx and increasing birth rate in the community situated to the south of Vienna called for the creation of more, particularly state-of-the-art child care facilities. Therefore a competition tender submission for a new child care centre was issued in 2008. The existing 19th century ‘Gründerzeit’ school was to be extended by eight primary school classes, a after-school care club and a kindergarten with kitchen.
The association of architects MAGK illiz won the competition and was awarded the tender.
This café serving espresso, wine and pastries is a compliment to and a comment on Wright’s design. Our intent is to make this an intervention in the space, within Wright’s language and his philosophy by shaping and transforming the iconic forms of the building. The threaded logic of these monolithic Corian planes and volumes moving through the space, allow the visitor to both create and experience the space’s kinetic energy simultaneously. These curves link our design not only with the museum’s architecture, but with its art as well. Kandinsky’s swooping lines and Stella’s restraint reverberate here. The café is simple, but says a lot; not tense minimalism, but calm purity. Like the museum, even when filled with a blur of moving bodies, it remains still.

Shanghai Zhangpu civic center is an administration and government complex organized like a city and structured in three concepts, government, business and public services. The overall circular layout is based on the shape of local traditional jade ware, which symbolizes peace and harmony. The open layout with a central courtyard also expresses our hope for a more modern and friendly government. Many attempts are made for an environmentally friendly building, such as the wind turbines and solar panels installed on top the office building.
