The building reflects a new image of justice justice strict but nearby, a rigid but close to the citizen, embodied in a building that clearly shows the nature of both concepts, the image of a strict, transparent element and emphatic and simple geometry that is justice, wrapped in its lower level by a public socket that receives people and is integrated into the urban landscape is folding and opening up to the city through a system courtyards and plazas.

The first takes place as a clear, simple and functional block, which, high on the urban level, will house the offices of the courts-oriented in search of the morning light. Office plants are articulated from two circulations, one private security for judges, prosecutors and clerks with connection restricted to view rooms, and a public movement that solves the transit of the citizen in a effective and agile, thanks to a few rooms that act as connection between public and private which can converge and meet judge and citizen without affecting the privacy of the Court. Six courts are for each plant, four current with the reserve and possibility of growth of two more at the ends, while the last two sections of the Provincial Court and the Prosecutor\’s Office are located. Structural and spatial modulation facilitates future conversion to the new Judicial Office at the time of its introduction.

The public volume, the band that surrounds the justice, is configured as a socket that is integrated into the city through the construction of a new landscape, a filter of wooded patios, plant slopes and urban public spaces that clever way entering the building and provide different access depending on the time slot and use. Inner space expands or contracts its boundaries on the basis of the piece and use that hostel, from the great Hall that arises as a continuation of the Plaza of the Justice of view, the Civil Registry, chambers the forensic clinic or the duty court, providing an image vegetable, appealing and iconic opposition to rigidity, simplicity and sobriety of the courthouse block.
