Article source: Aiji Inoue Tully’s Coffee remm Kagoshima is located on the first floor of the high-grade hotel built in the typical shopping quarter “Tenmonkan” in Kagoshima. Thus, Tully’s was required to upgrade the facilities from the comparable Tully’s shops and correspond to providing breakfasts to the hotel guests.
Operator came out with the following conclusion. “Create new design”, and “Collaborate with famous bakery in the local district.” Though this answer may appear simple, imagine various difficult problems that this brand had to develop and to overcome. As a result, the good smell from the bakery and the fresh baked bread brought new added value not only to the hotel guests’ breakfast supports but also to all-time visitors who use Tully’s coffee shop daily. And this has achieved a synergistic effect more than we have expected. Talking about the design, we carefully considered the main functions and operations of the comparable Tully’s shop. We also designed and reconstructed the bakery as a unit. Although it looks like everything has been re-tooled, yet, we have left the Tully’s know-how’s throughout the work. This shop is on the extension of the comparable Tully’s shop and is highly upgraded. We avoided heavy appearing designs that are quite common in competitor shops. We have upgraded plus portrayed with light taste and comfortable lighting productions. These arrangements suited the needs of the cafe business conditions and we are now receiving positive feedback’s. Contact Aiji Inoue
