In one of the most elegant corners Polanco, Champs Elysees and Schiller, a residential building which takes up the test of luxury and lets residents enjoy a quality of life today difficult to find in Mexico City.

The building is in three turrets of three levels each, leaving two to Champs Elysees and an interior which is accessed by an interior courtyard space designed for relaxation and classical concepts of the colonial courtyard with a central source and profuse vegetation. In addition, they took advantage private rooftop terraces creating for the penthouses and common areas.
The facades are covered with quarry imported from India, which gives the whole a solid image and luxury.
