The project proposes a dissociation of its elements. From the urban proposal to appear independent of the street and the end of the site, to access to each unit and common areas.  Image Courtesy Alejandro Peral The reinforced concrete wall formwork seen with a traditional table, in contrast to the large panes of glass, mark the lines of these houses, bounded by the solid of the balconies on each floor of duplex.  Image Courtesy Alejandro Peral The double height access and parking space is the beginning of a journey that links spaces that are deliberately separated.  Image Courtesy Alejandro Peral Use the vertical circulation feel for a moment inside the building as such. Once this point is left behind, get to each unit through the bridge across the inner courtyard makes you relive the arrival. The street and left behind, but only now reached.  Image Courtesy Alejandro Peral The common brick trimmed and painted white texture gives a warm and cold at once. The windows to outer edge, almost without border, in addition to the sheets of wood windows within the same framework but playing another role, another contradiction. Inner life The duplex unit has very definite qualities within each plant, for both type units to the penthouse.  Image Courtesy Alejandro Peral A large sliding glass, with its wooden frame (like every moving part of the building), allows a strong link with the expansion of space outside, leaving a half reserved for what you do not want to integrate the outside and what need support in the interior. A staircase leads to very permeable space upstairs. A large suite with bedroom area by dividing the dressing area and desk space divided up another single undivided. Only a frosted glass screens give privacy to the bath areas.  Image Courtesy Alejandro Peral Floors and ceiling materials gray uniforms in a game of contrasting light with white walls and equipment. Up the space but barely touched. Carpentry almost imperceptible from outside which enhances the presence of glass, becomes a warm contrast of light wood and inside.  Image Courtesy Alejandro Peral outdoor life The top of the building is the playground of all households. The main staircase is illuminated by the large window that leads to cross the last bridge. That brings us to the multipurpose room. Salon half height and weight using concrete water tank as a finely piece placed over this space in order to close it and give it to the building. Beyond the living room, terrace and reflecting pool, merge with the city, using the neighboring as part of a view that a house can not achieve, but in these five houses stacked you get.
