This building is located in the northeast of the island of Nantes at the junction of new streets and Ligérienne Alain Colas. The building is organized around a U-shaped central garden wide open to the South. The choice of this U-shape is the desire to penetrate the sun in the middle of the island and thus provide good guidance to housing.
