Through the large glass area of the house, you get the largest possible amount of natural light in environments that need it, while the use of Brise Soleil, architectural element used widely in Brazilian modernism relieves dormitories direct sunlight, so the brightness step into the environment so calculated and comfortable.
The appearance of concrete in construction was possible with the use of fiberglass in an attempt to formalize the curves and the appearance of a modern residence. With this job, it was possible to create a natural flow of hot air outside the house, further easing the ambient temperature.

This temperature is also reduced with a coating blanket of rock wool as insulation, strategically located between the fiber and the structure of the container.
