The regulatory obligation to remove and rebuild the top floor of the original house intervention result on a larger size space, rearranging the resulting volume more naturally and integrating the building into the environment with contemporary standards.

So, railings, carpentry and enclosures were replaced with the same spirit, rethinking outdoor spaces with a gesture of economy and materials criteria. We unify the interior finishes designing a sleek and bright furnishing, and we went along through the work with the strong collaboration of the owners, Miriam and Drelo, whose implication in the project management was decisive.
