Following completion of the Loft des Innocents, Frédéric Flanquart agency, has launched a new challenge with the renovation of YACHT: a 85m ² apartment on the top floor of a building whose Parisian Grands Boulevards plan, open a wide corridor is not unlike that of a boat.
Yacht consists of an entrance hall and living rooms himself open to a corridor where the dining room and kitchen take place closer to the panoramic view from the apartment. The spacious owner’s bedroom and the guest bedroom has its own private bathroom.

Located at an angle, the Yacht has a natural light that bathes the entire space, creating a wide variety of tones and lighting throughout the day. The Périgord walnut furniture there and reveals all its heat, combined with elegant oak floors.

For the renovation of this apartment, Frédéric Flanquart chose to use noble materials and refined: Baccarat Crystal, full grain cowhide leather, Macassar ebony creating a contemporary and elegant.

The presence of chrome and Burgundy stone brings about her note to all men. The game lighting, soft and subdued, adds the finishing touch to this exceptional place: peace and quiet.
