The arrival at the house is characterised by two exposed concrete walls which surround the building, both hiding and sheltering it. Access is established via a ramp covered by a canopy which extends from the house until the gate, set against an iron pillar. The house is essentially closed to the north and east, opening totally to the south and west in the direction of the sun, benefiting from a privileged relationship with the garden, patios and swimming pool.

The layout on the upper floor is made along a curved hallway over the circulation of the ground floor. This space is marked by an exposed concrete wall at ground level and by circular skylights, which along with the glazing near the stairs, create a surprising, luminary effect.

The bedrooms are south-facing and each of the two bedrooms has a small veranda. The master suite has a sun terrace, benefiting from views of the garden and swimming pool.

When considering the outside spaces, the aim was to create a close relationship with the interior layout, with the differentiation of spaces and functions. Gardens surround the house, the patios and the swimming pool. The patio next to the rooms completes the blue reflecting pool, which continues over the lawn as if it were a continuous feature.
