Diderot University – M6A1 Building in Paris, France by Jean-Baptiste Lacoudre Architectures
In an objective of sobriety and obviousness, this building of 20 meters large associates three antinomics functions, (teaching, sporting room, car park) which overlap by strata and maintain their autonomy to gather into a coherent whole.
A work on permeability and successives spaces dig the matter, filte the light and open this “monolith” on the garden and the city.
Program: Unity of formation and research in mathematics: 1988 students, 820 teachers-researchers, research library, amphitheater, sports complex(gymnasium and sports room), housing, basement parking.
