 Image Courtesy Milan Stevanovic Basement includes ancillary facilities such as warehouses, storerooms, carpenter’s workshop, laundry room with ironing and technical rooms.The ground floor contains public facilities, coffee bar and kitchen, a shop, a post office and a clinic. It is anticipated for all facilities of a public character to have an enabled access from the main hall as well as from the outside. Other contents on the ground floor are administrative offices and apartment for the caretaker and adequate sanitation.  Image Courtesy Milan Stevanovic Spaces for work, drawing, a computer center and a library with a reading room, are located on the first floor. On the first floor is also is provided an adequate sanitary facilities.Typical floor is designed so it contains four residential units grouped around a common core of communication.  Image Courtesy Milan Stevanovic Residential unit consists of three rooms clustered around a common content (small kitchen, dining and living room). The rooms are designed with one or two beds. All rooms are sized to meet all the basic functions of living.On the top floor there is a coffee bar with an open and a glassed-in terrace and a roof garden.
