Article source: Rafael de La-Hoz Arquitectos Located not further than four kilometers south from the old downtown Budapest, next to the west shore of the Danube Bay, this residential project is designed which will occupy approx. 13,400 sqm. This project consists of four towers which takes care of the orientation, layout and interdependence among the residential buildings, avoiding concentration.
The project proposes a fluent connection between architecture and landscape and introduces as an innovation a round-shaped volume. 400 housing units contained in 4 towers are spread in the middle of a park characterized by soft undulations and linked by a series of bridges. The perception of the project changes depending on the path of the curve related to the park and the street. The glass façades offer pale reflections of the trees that surround the plot.
