The project aims to create a new place for lucrative purposes aiming a Hotel building and another building a Spa. It is situated beside the water park of Cerceda – A Coruña.
The hotel consists of 100 rooms, a foyer and a large cafeteria, dining rooms and Conference room with views of the landscape, the water park and spa. The Spa consists of pool and thermal circuit, gym room of massages, as well as all the facilities for its functioning.

Is also projected in a conceptual way circulating system between both buildings, the corridor, as an intermediate space, in this case connecting all the spaces. Through a tunnel Hotel joins the spa shaped bolus, to have the building play with the environment of the water park.
