The project is based on the construction of the club house for La Graiera golf club, an 18-hole golf course and a pitch & putt course in a bow-shaped lot with an east west facing slope. The building is situated on the widest part of the site and its design achieves the best views and orientation.

Two impressive curved walls form the basic structure of the architectural volume. These meet in the entrance of the building forming the hall and are organized around the cylindrical volume of the staircase. They also enclose and arrange the various program activities on three levels on both sides of the hall: the first floor houses the social spaces, bar, restaurant, lounge, shop and offices; the basemen tho uses the dressing rooms, storage and a garage for golf carts, and finally, the roof for use in summer, with a chill out candle-lit terrace-bar. The tower that houses the stair case provides the building with a unique feature.

The garden extends from the outdoor terraces on the first floor level, with the lounge areas. Plant species that need little water and the incorporation of a traditional dry stone shepherd’s hut that already existed on the site contribute to the garden. The program comes complete with two parking lots: one to the back of the building, with one reserved for loading and unloading, and another across the cobblestone street and green spaces that provides access to the club house. Other ring road sand paths were designed connecting the area with the different areas of the golf course.
