The building takes advantage of the North / South soil inclination and thus has a privileged sun exposure. In this sense, the construction is dematerialized in two arms that are articulated in the area of access and permits the best exposure according the distribution of the program.
The volumetric construction allows access to be done at the ground floor and the development of the second floor appears in a lower level. Thus, in view of the visitor, the building takes on a reduced height, lowering its impact on the environment. The programmatic distribution was made so that social areas and of common use have a direct relationship with landscape, on the basement level. Thus, it enables an easy contact without any architectural barrier between the dining room, living room and outdoor activities. The rooms in the east wing benefit, at basement level, also the same relationship, and the two wings of the upper floor (rooms) enjoy large balcony areas.
As for parking, it was decided to put it on the north side of the building, near the main entrance, so that cars do not appear as disturbing elements of the set, the leisure and relaxation that is intended for the users.
