 Image Courtesy © Marcos Mendizabal He, who works for the marketing of a winery, wanted to have his thoughts reflected in the design process, which is why the origin of the proposal was a joint effort with the owner, his role was critical in the designing process. The irregularity of the terrain and the particular need of dividing public spaces from private ones, resulted in a central courtyard which generates two right angles, where the access is located. The gaps between the built are used to generate the access and the courtyard, this one gives external light to the living room of the children and the corridor leading to its 3 bedrooms .  Image Courtesy © Marcos Mendizabal The public space has no divisions between their enclosures, only the kitchen, which makes it possible to isolate through a slider door. The continuous pavement outside-inside and the glass facade of the living room allow you to expand and enjoy the garden inside the house. The materiality of architectural concrete, wooden frames and the floor of staves of disused wine barrels give an honesty to the house, which allows to grow old with dignity.
