Bringing a new dimension to South Florida’s ultra-luxury, high-end real estate market, New York/South Florida developer Dezer Development entered into a master licensing agreement with Germany-based Porsche Design Group to deliver the luxury brand’s first foray into residential real estate, Porsche Design Tower Miami.

Located in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, the first-of-its-kind 60-story, 132-residence tower features residences ranging in size from 4,800 to 17,000 square feet, pricing from $4.8 million to $32.5 million, and incomparable amenities such as a pool on almost every balcony. With occupancy slated for first quarter of 2016, sales have been nothing short of extraordinary, having already secured $600 million in sales and representing over 80% of the building.

Combining two existing technologies in a never-before used way, Porsche Design Tower Miami features a one-of-a-kind automobile lift system which allows owners to park their vehicles in ‘sky garages’ directly next to their units. Residents arrive at one of three circular platforms at the building’s center, and the robotic parking system does the rest. Sensors take note of the car owners and take the vehicle to one of 284 robotic parking spaces adjacent to the owner’s residence.

Affording residents a completely customized environment, the building’s amenities feature a state-of-the-art spa complete with treatment rooms featuring Vichy showers, sunset terrace complemented with twin over-sized spa tubs, an oceanfront ballroom and multipurpose clubrooms including a movie theatre and game room, and a ‘Car Concierge’ who will tend to a resident’s vehicle, by providing assistance with oil changes, car washes and other regular maintenance.

The Porsche Design luxury brand was founded by Professor Ferdinand Alexander Porsche, the designer of the legendary 911 sports car, and is renowned for its technical innovation, forward thinking and unique iconic style. The new tower will reflect Porsche Design’s brand hallmarks for delivering ground-breaking ingenuity and superlative quality, and will serve as a catalyst for future Porsche Design Towers around the globe.
